  This is a great hospital, my aunty works here and I came with her to work. I got to work in main reception and the staff were really nice and caring, especially Michelle, Lauren, Jackie and Blake.

  Generally customer service provided by the hospital was adequate but there a number of areas which could stand improvement therefore I have given the hospital a low score.
