  1) when I went to pick up the car it was sandwiched between 3 other cars and I had to do a 25 point turn to get it out. Eventually the cleaner come over to help me.

  3) when I returned the car they had a traffic jam in their driveway which left me reversing out onto the main road so that all the cars that needed to leave could go the wrong way out of the driveway. Very dangerous.

  5) when I returned the car the lady complained that the fuel gauge didnt read full. I had just filled the car 2kms down the road. She made me take the car back and put another $3.50 in the car which still didn't have it reading full because the guage is just like that which is what I had explained to her over the counter.

  do not use this rental!. Booked truck with 5 days notice. Got to pick-up and truck unavailable as it was double-booked. Wasted 1/2 trying to find another truck. No-one responsible-apparently!.Do not use.Appauling

  4) the exit driveways is so steep you are guaranteed to scratch your bumper bar on the way out.

  when I went to pick it up i was told there was none or no SUVS so I was given a free "upgrade" to a Toyota auruon sedan. After stating the x trail was the most expensive option I was told again it was an upgrade.

  2) they asked for a $1 credit card charge to secure the car so I took my wife's card down as its the only one we have and they refused to take it because she was not physically there. Which I understand however when I tried to get a release form emailed to her so she could do it on her phone they don't have one just a printable version. Therefore I had to take a taxi to work then drag my wife out in the afternoon to get the car.
